Permission for Lopping of Chinar / Walnut tree

Requirements:-

1. An application to be presented to the Divisional Commissioner ,Kashmir.
2. Report from field Staff and recommendations of Tehsildar concerned.
3. Technical Opinion of Floriculture/Horticulture along with their recommendations.

In case of Walnut the permission is granted by Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir like wise that of Chinar tree the Deputy Commissioner grants the permission after completion of all the required formalities
